Congratulations on the sale of your timeshare! Let our experienced staff handle all the details of your transaction. We will prepare and record all the required documentation, and we will safely and securely handle the escrow of funds for your transaction. We collect a 10% deposit of the agreed upon purchase price from the buyer, in order to open a file for you.

We will need for you to provide us with the information requested on the Seller Form below, or you can contact us via telephone with the information if you prefer. We will also need for you to provide our office with a copy of your recorded deed. If you do not have a copy of your recorded deed, we can help you to obtain one, or we can obtain a copy for you, for a fee of $25.00. If your property is not deeded property, then we will need for you to provide us with a copy of your Membership Certificate, or whatever document you were provided with that proves your ownership.

Please click on the link on the bottom of the Seller Form to print our Consent Form. We will need for you to sign and fax the Consent Form to our office, so that we can confirm your account information with your resort or management company.
